We believe in being a good neighbor, which means supporting the communities that we build, work, and live in.
Beach
Cleanups
Our giving back initiative focuses on making sure the place you live is as beautiful outside as it is in. A few times a year we grab our trash pickers and get to work at local beaches. No better way to start the day!
Supporting Local & Small Businesses
We know how stressful moving can be, so we do what we can to make it a bit easier. Our “welcome home” gifts that are awaiting your move-in are locally sourced products by companies we love to support.
One of the companies is Public Supply. A portion of their proceeds go towards providing classrooms throughout the US with supplies needed for the school year.
HABITAT FOR HUMANITY
When we’re breaking ground and building up, there’s always excess materials. These get donated to Habitat home improvement stores, which go towards helping families rebuild their homes.
